AXYE operates strictly under a 7-Day Product Replacement Guarantee. We do not provide monetary refunds or accept open return requests; we replace any defective, damaged, or size-mismatched accessory with a brand new unit.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee — No Monetary Returns

All jewelry and luxury accessory sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or the size does not fit comfortably, our concierge desk will process a 100% complimentary replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been marked as Dispatched / Shipped. You can trigger cancellation directly from your Profile & Orders dashboard or by messaging our WhatsApp concierge at +91 88076 27606. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and fall under our 7-day replacement protocol upon delivery.

2. Replacement Eligibility Conditions

Replacement request initiated within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Item must be unworn, in original unblemished condition with all tags and protective film intact.
Product must be packed inside the signature AXYE luxury presentation box.

3. Step-by-Step Replacement Process

01.Send a message with your Order ID and a 10-second unboxing video/photo to WhatsApp +91 88076 27606 or email Axyestore.in@gmail.com.
02.Our Quality Audit Desk will review and approve your replacement ticket within 4–12 business hours.
03.A reverse-pickup courier will be scheduled at your address, and your brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched immediately.
